Who we are
Coda Legacy Partners is operated by Steve Lyons, an independent agent based in Spain, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@codalegacypartners.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive only what you choose to send: your name, email address, organisation (optional), whether you are an artist, estate, partner or adviser, and your message. This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish to proceed, to arrange a private conversation. Our legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before any agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). We never sell your data or use it for marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries sent through the website form are received through our hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to us by email. Netlify and our email provider process them on our behalf. We do not pass it to anyone else, including potential partners, without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless an ongoing engagement requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@codalegacypartners.com. We will act within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local authority.
Confidentiality
Everything you tell us is treated in strict confidence. Where a conversation goes further, we work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
